The 4th installation of the 6-part Girls und Panzer movie series blitzkriegs into theaters on October 6th. Like the previous films, the movie centers around the trials that the students of Ōarai Girls' Academy endure as they fight to help former student council member Momo Kawashima as she attempts to win the Winter Continuous Track Cup for her to receive an athletic scholarship as a way for her to gain her admission into university. 





Kaina of the Great Snow Sea; Star Sage

Ririha and Kaina’s voyage to find the “Great Orbital Spire Tree” continues on October 13th as the first movie installation of "Kaina of the Great Snow Sea" gets its big screen debut.

Adapting the unfinished Phoenix manga by Osamu Tezuka, the story centers around the space-faring couple Romi and George as they set off from a post-apocalyptic earth in search of a new home and the longing for the one that was left behind. 

 




Gintama on Theater 2D: Thorny Arc

P.A. Work's newest film, scheduled for a November 10th theatrical screening, is poised for success by catering to the foodie and craft spirit scene and exploring the wonders of Japanese distilling. When working on a project about Japanese craft whiskey brings Kotarou Takahashi to the Komada distillery, he's met by the new manager Rui Komada who has taken over the family business and is working tirelessly to recreate the distillery's lost signature whiskey.

 

 



The Birth of Kitarō: Mystery of GeGeGe

Announced in 2021, in celebration of the 100th anniversary Shigeru Mizuki's birth, the film is set to air in Japan on November 17th.
